Condition
left on catalogue image: In fair condition overall. The glaze is somewhat degraded showing some russet spots.
center-left on catalogue image: In good condition overall with some degradation on the glaze, particularly along the lower section and around the bottom of the spout.
center on catalogue image: In good overall condition exhibition craquelure throughout. 'Peppery' kiln grit around the rim and parts of the foot. The color is not white, as the catalogue image suggests, but more of a greenish-blue.
center-right on catalogue image: The mid-section of the spout -- approximately 4 cm -- has been restored; it showed fluorescence when inspected under UV light. Glaze pull below the handle. Minor fritting and glaze pull on the cover and finial. The color is not white, as the catalogue image suggests, but more of a greenish-blue.
