the thinly-potted hemispherical body rising from a short spreading foot to an everted rim, freely carved to the interior with a sprig of prunus and covered overall in a transparent  ice-blue glaze save for the rim, 9.5cm., 3 3/4 in; together with a pair of 'Qingbai' conical bowls

The colors for all three are more sky-blue than the catalogue image suggests. cup: In good overall condition with minor fritting and a 5 mm chip on the rim. There is also a 2 cm hairline crack running down the exterior from the rim, 2.4 cm along the interior. One shallow glaze chip to the foot. The pair of bowls: Both in good condition with minor nibbles to the rims and feet. The rims have expected slight warpage.
