Description
the body of elegant pear shape rising from a short spreading foot to a tall flaring neck with everted rolled rim, covered overall with a rich lustrous brown-black glaze falling in a neat line above the base, freely painted in russet slip with three large stylised birds
Condition
The vase is in good overall condition with the exception of some minor firing imperfections including pinhead-sized glaze holes and light glaze scratches.
