Description
the square base moulded to each side with two rectangular panels reserved on a flower and green-seeded ground, the lower panel enclosing blind trellis diaper, the upper pierced trellis diaper, all supported on four short taotie-mask legs, the cover with angled sides similarly pierced and surmounted by a lion finial, wood stand
Condition
The base of the censer with a crack, one leg broken and restuck, the pierced trellis diaper with a few restorations, the rim between the two pierced sections with a few chips. The cover is restored and sprayed. The lion finial with some restorations
