Description
each body of compressed globular form raised on three sabre legs issuing from gilt monster masks, the shoulder set with a pair of gilt lion mask handles suspending loose rings and brightly enamelled around the exterior of one with a lotus scroll, the other with lotus and dragon strapwork, the domed and pierced cover surmounted by a gilt seated lion knop
Condition
These censers are generally in good condtion, however each of them has a dent to the rim and one has additional damage to the rim (2cm long). One of the rims of the covers has been repaired. Some rubbing to the gilded areas.
