the deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to a straight rim, painted with three bright lemon yellow ground panels of stylized pink peony blooms, enclosed by borders of foliate scrollwork extending to small blue blossoms between the panels, all reserved against a rich coral-red ground

The bowl is in very good condition with only very minor glaze scratches.
