cast seated in contemplation, wearing a long hooded red and blue enamelled robe gilt decorated with cloud scrolls, the face with almond-shaped eyes and bud-like mouth
Provenance
From a private European collection acquired in the 1980's.
Condition
The figure is in good overall condition with the exception of small areas of enamel loss to the bottom edge of the robe and to the back of the head, light rubbing to the gilding and characteristic pitting to the enamels.
