Description

the oval-shaped body finely and skilfully carved using the dark and light tones of the stone, the front depicting a kingfisher perched on a curled-up lotus leaf, the back with a second bird standing on rockwork, two clouds enveloping a disk engraved with the character ri carved on each side crowned by a turquoise stopper

Condition

Tiny nibbles to the raised rim of the lotus leaf.
