naturalistically carved as three hollow tree trunks, the gnarled branches of a pine and prunus tree wound around them, and with bamboo leaning against them, a deer lying in the shadow of the largest trunk, its head turned and gazing at a crane standing on a root, the stone a pale celadon-white tone with darker veins running through it, carved wood stand
