the broad pear-shaped body rising from a short splayed to a tall broad flaring ribbed neck, covered overall with a thick white glaze infused with a subtle bluish tint
Provenance
Anthony Cooper, 81 Kensington Church St., London, circa 1940s (according to label).
Condition
This vase is in good condition, but has a number of iron spots to the exterior and a small glaze flaw (1mm by 2mm) to the side. There is some crazing to the glaze to the exterior base, as well as some dark paint residue, which is also evident on the foot rim.
