naturalistically modelled as a hollowed gnarled tree stump, covered overall in a thick and rich reddish- purple streaky glaze, the interior glazed a pale turquoise blue
Condition
This brushpot is in good condition. There is some pinholes and scratches to the glaze of the exterior. There is crazing to the glaze to the interior and to the exteior base. There is a chip (1.5cm by 1cm) to one side of the foot rim.
