Description
each body with gently rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to an everted rim, painted and polychrome enamelled to the interior with a medallion enclosing a shou-character encircled by ruyi-shaped strapwork, all within double lines, the exterior similarly painted with stylised shou-characters within strapwork bands

Condition
The one dish has some minor nibbles to the inside edge of the footring, two burst glaze bubbles, one to the rim with a 9mm. associated area of staining, the other to the interior below the rim, and light glaze scratches. The other dish has several tiny burst glaze bubbles to the rim and two to the exterior, and light glaze scratches. Otherwise both dishes are in good overall condition.
