Description

cast seated in dhyanasana upon a high lotus pedestal base, the hands held in dhyanamudra supporting a missing ambrosia vase, the elegantly waisted torso left bare but for a shawl draped around the shoulders and an elaborate hardstone-inlaid necklace, the gilt face with high arched brows over bow-shaped eyes, a broad nose and bud-shaped mouth, all framed by an inlaid tiara

Condition

The figure is in overall good condition with the exception of the alm's bowl which is missing. The colour of the bronze is of a slightly darker tone than the illustration suggests. The base is closed.
