finely cast, depicting Wen-Shu, the Bodhisattva of wisdom, seated in rajalilasana on a large recumbent beast, wearing an elaborate beaded necklace and a scarf billowing around the shoulder, the face with serene expression framed by a high tiara and wheel-like earrings, wood stand
Condition
This cast bronze is generally in good condition, but has rubbing to the gilding in most areas. There is a 1cm by 2cm area loss of patination under the mouth of the beast.
