brightly enamelled to the interior with a young lady and her attendant standing beside a scholars desk in a garden

Condition

The dish has a restored rim chip with over-painting extending to an arc of approximately 6cm., wide, together with a 3.5cm., hairline rim crack; light fritting to the rim and light glaze scratches; light rubbing to the glaze and enamels in the base of the well; and a 12mm. oval-shaped section of misfiring to the enamels on the exterior. Otherwise the dish is in good overall condition.
