Description
each body of baluster form rising from a short spreading foot to a tall broad trumpet neck, painted around the exterior in rich cobalt-blue tones with four large rectangular panels alternately enclosing landscape scenes and flowers, the neck similarly painted, all between moulded flower-filled bands of lotus at the base and a moulded flower-filled ruyi collar at the rim
Condition
Generally good condition, fritting to the edges of the bases of each. There are small inconsistenceies to the body to the interior under the glaze and some pitting to the exterior of each. The blue is deeper and stronger than in the catalogue.
