Description

each body and cover of slender cylindrical form, painted around the exterior in underglaze-blue with landscape scenes, wood box, 16cm., 6 1/4 in;  together with a blue and white bush and cover, wood box

Condition

1. Has a crack through the mid section of the body of the brush going all the way around. There is also a crack going around the centre of the cover and there is a repair to the edge of the cover. 2. Has a small 3mm x 2mm gilt lacquer repair to the egde of the cover and an associated crack. 3. Is in good condition, but has a hairline crack, 1cm long to the egde of the cover.
