Description
the cylindrical body divided into four horizontal registers surmounted by a stepped monk's cap crown on one side, set with a curved spout opposite an arched handle, enamelled with a lavender ground incised with a feathery scroll sgraffiato and scattered multi-coloured roundels containing floral, butterfly and dragon motifs, the domed cover similarly decorated and set with a gold-painted fu lion

Condition
The bottom 8cm of the handle, the link of hte spout, and the tip of the spout, have been broken and restored. The inner rim of the cover has been restored. There are some minor restored chips to the outter rim of the cover which has also been restored.
