A PAIR OF 'FAMILLE-ROSE' 'LINGZHI AND ROCK' BOWLS MARKS AND PERIOD OF DAOGUANG

each painted around the sides in bright 'famille-rose' enamels in boneless style with sprays of red berries, lingzhi fungus, and a narcissus bloom and bud with a sprig of lingzhi, each growing from pierced rockwork with their associated foliage, the interior decorated on the centre with a spray of narcissus, lingzhi and red berries, inscribed on the base with the six-character seal mark in iron-red    

There are expected light wear to the enamels on the interior of both bowls especially to the white enamels. One bowls has a couple leaves with enamel flakes on the exterior. The overall condition of these bowls is quite good.
