of characteristic cylindrical form resting on four bracket feet, carved on the body with slender bamboo stalks growing from jagged rockwork, incised to the reverse with a seven-column inscription written in caoshu ending with Jiazi chun yue (corresponding to 1864), the zitan of a deep brown tone
