Description
the wide conical bowl with an everted scalloped rim, lightly carved on the interior with squiggly lines radiating from the central well imitating rays of the sun or petals of a flower, the underside similarly decorated, all beneath a sea green glaze thinning around the rim to reveal a white body, the underside inscribed in underglaze-blue with a six-character reign mark

Formerly in a Japanese Collection.
Condition
Apart from a minute potting flaw on the exterior of the bowl and some light scratches to the glaze the overall condition is very good.
