Description
with deep rounded sides resting on a short foot and rising to an everted rim, decorated on the exterior in a thickly-applied, deep copper-red glaze with three stylised fish, the three equally spaced fish facing the same direction, the white glaze with a pale bluish tint, the base inscribed with the six-character mark within a double-circle in underglaze-blue
Condition
There is a short hairline crack to the foot approx 0.8cm. There are two small shallow chips to the footring, the larger approx 0.4 by 0.2cm. There are some small burst air bubbles and light crackles to the copper-red glaze. Otherwise the piece is overall in good condition.
