Printed on vellum, folio (15 x 11 1/2 in.; 381 x 292 mm). Single leaf from vol. II fo. 236 (24/4), two 2-line chapter initials and numerals printed in red, headline in alternating red and blue letters, Gothic type 5:118, 2 columns, 48 lines; apparently recovered from the pastedown of a binding, slit in outer column affecting 17 lines without loss, verso somewhat browned and stained, fore-margin mended, blue initial supplied by rubricator has been washed away.
