- 'Egyptian Dancer'
- bronze base signed 'JR. COLINET'
- 41cm. high;
- 1ft 4in.
gilt, silvered and cold painted bronze, ivory and marble, modelled as a young dancer balancing on one leg, dressed in oriental style, wearing a headdress and jewellery, on baluster shaped base

Condition
A decorative piece of good overall appearance. Ivory slightly more yellow in tone that the catalogue illustration suggests and with discolouration in places. Figure is slightly loose upon the base. There are some cracks to the ivory, including: one across her chest, one down her left side, her right leg, her back and shoulders. Old marks and scratches. A few breaks to her dress in places. Patina more golden than the illustration suggests and worn in places and slightly dirty. Face in good condition. Fingers complete. Sandals re-silvered and slightly worn. A decorative model with some signs of age.
