Condition
A decorative and rare group of good overall appearance. The incisison to the matchbox doesn't appear to be by Moos. Minor separation to the joint seams. The underside of the pepper shaker has remnants of a rubber stopper. The spoon is in good condition and has a darker patina than the catalogue illustration suggests.

These unique objects were commissioned from Moos by the wallpaper manufacturer and industrialist Poul Dahl. Another matchbox of this design and with a drawer, dated to 1960, is listed in the furniture index of the Danish Museum of Art & Design.
