painted metal, the upper coat hooks above four stem hooks, the umbrella dividers above a pierced square base

Condition

A striking object. Old marks and scratches overall, and significant chipping and losses to the paint which is several layers thick. Three coat hooks are partially broken. Drip pan is lacking.
