  • a white marble armorial relief
carved with the Farnese arms flanked by two winged caryatids, surmounted by the demi-relief of the Virgin and Child

Condition

In overall good, weathered condition. The surface has probably been cleaned, resulting in some loss of detail. There is a small replaced section to the left wing of the left herm. There are some minor chips and abrasion. There is a metal attachment for hanging inserted into the back.
