拍品資料及來源

This appealing representation of a deacon saint would probably have formed part of a large altarpiece where it would have been recessed within a niche together with other saints. An example of such an altarpiece can be seen in the church of San Maurizio in the village of Ponte, illustrated in the Valtellinese exhibition catalogue.
