- a marble head of a satyr
mounted on an associated black stone base
Condition
This head is fragmentary in that it has been deattached from its orginal form. There are losses to the tips of both horns. There is overall wear to surface consisitent with exposure to the elements at some point and a cleaning. Otherwise, minor chipas and wear throughout.
