Description

  • a terracruda relief of the death of St Roch
the reclining saint with an angel above, a dog at his feet, the relief backed with inscribed paper

Condition

Overall the condition of the terracruda is very good with some minor wear to the surface consistent with age. The left hand of teh cherub has been reattached and the tip of the saint's big toe on his right foot has been chipped. There is an area of restoration visible to the top right corner of the relief, at the back. The relief is mounted onto a second, probably original, layer.
