Condition
Original canvas. There are no signs of retouching under a heavy varnish when viewed under ultraviolet light. Apart from a few scattered minor pinholes in the canvas, due to the coarse, wide weave of the canvas itself, the work is good overall condition. Held in a simple, wide, bronze-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
