Condition
The canvas has been lined. There are scattered patches of craquelure, and a slight stretcher mark to the right side. Ultraviolet light reveals patches of retouching, partially visible under a heavy varnish.
Held in a wide, decorative, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
