Condition
The canvas was originally coated to create a fine, velour-like texture, and then lined and stretched. The work is in very good overall condition, with no handling marks, fresh colours and only some very slight undulation at the upper left corner. Held in a felt and bronze-painted, simple, moulded plaster and wood frame, under glass.
