Condition
Original canvas. There is no retouching visible under ultraviolet light. Apart from a fine, evenly-distributed craquelure, slightly visible stercher marks to each side and the centre and spots of paint loss to the lower right corner and the lowet left corner, the work is in good overall condition. Held in a decorative, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
