Condition

The canvas has been relined. There is some scattered retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably to the upper right and left and an area to the lower centre. Apart from some slight discolouration and some scattered craquelure, the work is in good condition and ready to hang. Held in a gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
