Condition

The canvas has been relined. There are scattered spots of retouchings, notably to the face of the central figure visible under ultraviolet light. Apart from some faint stable craquelure overall and minor frame rubbing to the extreme edges, this work is in good overall condition. Held in a simple giltwood frame.
