Condition

The canvas has been relined. There is a very small spot of possible retouching lower right, only visible under ultra-violet light and partially obscured by a varnish. There is some very fine light craquelure to the lower left quadrant, only visible on very close inspection. Overall the work is in good overall condition and ready to hang, and would benefit from a light professional clean. Held in a decorative, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame with a cream canvas slip.
