  • Largest: 175cm. high, 114cm. wide.
comprising: a pair of gilt-plaster rectangular mirrors with foliation in relief, a larger pair of identical ones, a pair of mirrors with rectangular mirror plate within a moulded border set with scrolled leaves and a large German gilt-plaster and wood mirror

Condition

First six: all in rather good overall condition. With some wormholes, small cracks and losses, the gilding with losses and wear. Some regilding, especially to the frames of the largest mirrors. The mirror plates with some oxidation spots and losses to the reverse silvering. Last mentioned mirror: in overall good condition, with miniscule hairline cracks to plaster work, minor chips to edges. One damage (ca. 3 by 2cm.) to the frame (loss of stucco and gilding), another minor damage to the inner profile of the mirror. Modern glass.
