- 76cm. high.
Condition
In overall good condition with some minor dents, marks and scratches. Each figure standing on separate base.
Christ Child: Few smaller vertical dryness cracks, one larger to the back partly filled up. Carved in various smaller sections (such as at the back, the head, hair, the left arm, right ellbow, parts of the garments). Fingers to left hand with small restoration. Minor chips to the base, one larger split due to dryness.
Saint Joseph: Minor traces of old woodworming. Few small (partly filled up) vertical dryness cracks. Thumb to left hand carved separately, restored. Both arms carved separately, small restoration to left ellbow. Restoration to right leg. Parts of the hair carved separately, minor losses. Small resorations to the garments, one larger part to the back carved separately. Minor losses to the separately carved lilies in his hand. Minor chips and dryness cracks to the base. An attractive group.
