Condition

Pair of corbels: Both in reasonably good condition. Some loss of detail due to weathering, some smaller chips, traces of polychromy; the male head: wanting nose, restored chip and related loss to the chin, as visible in the catalogue photo; the femle head: damage to nose, restoration to the chin, shallow chip to the left cheek, chips and small restorations to the garments. Corbel with shield bearing angel: In reasonably good condition, loss of detail due to weathering, small losses. Large restored horizontal crack throughout the corbel.
