Description

  • crossed swords marks in underglaze blue
  • 28 and 19cm. high.
en relief  painted with a Bacchic scene; together with a pair of flower encrusted Meissen vases painted with Deutsche Blumen and elegant couples, circa 1900

Condition

The Krater vase in overall good condition with some minor rubbing to the painting and gilding. The foot slightly loose in the joint. Tiny shallow chip to upper rim of foot. The flower encrusted vases with small chips to the raised parts of the decoration, one handle restuck.
