Catalogue Note

unpublished original material by j.k. rowling relating to childhood. The sketch is an unusual example of non-Potter related artwork, whilst her list of euphonic names shows the author combining a care for sound with a good knowledge of etymology in a way that is highly characteristic of the Harry Potter books.
