William Heinemann, 1916, number 336 of 525 copies signed by the artist, 12 coloured plates and other illustrations by Arthur Rackham, original blue cloth gilt, [Riall, p.128], occasional browning; both 4to, illustrated end-papers, top edges gilt, in collector's full blue-black morocco solander boxes (signed "Bayntun-Riviere") with reproduction in gilt on upper covers, spines in compartments with morocco lettering pieces (2)
