[1922], first edition, first printing, presentation copy inscribed by the author ("For Mary and Hettie | with best wishes for Christmas and | New Year. | from Beatrix Heelis | Dec 20. 22") on half-title, spine almost detached; both 16mo, 15 coloured illustrations, original boards with pictorial label on upper cover, some spotting and browning, occasional splitting at gutter, bindings slightly worn with extremities slightly bumped (2)
