i) [Two rabbits under an umbrella]. [1925], coloured plate laid-down to single-leaf card, 145 by 105mm., [V&A1796], some discolouration and browning; ii) [Peter Rabbit being dosed by his mother]. [1927], coloured plate laid-down to single-leaf card, 145 by 104mm., inscribed "To Mary and Hettie | from | Beatrix Potter", [V&A1798], slight browning and spotting; iii) [Mrs Rabbit in a doorway looking at a robin]. [1930s], coloured plate laid-down to card, 151 by 115mm. (folded), loosely inserted I.C.A.A. slip, inscribed from "Beatrix Potter" to "Ina with love, | Dec 22. 39", [V&A1814], discolouration and damp-staining; iv) [Peter Rabbit and Benjamin Bunny]. [1930s], coloured plate laid-down to card, 152 by 114mm. (folded), inscribed from "Beatrix Potter" to "Hetty, with love | Dec 22. 39", [not in V&A collection], discolouration and damp-staining; v) [Peter Rabbit as a postman]. [1935], coloured plate laid-down to card, 151 by 107mm. (folded), inscribed from "Wm and Beatrix and Suzee" to "Mary and Hetty" together with miniature sketch of pekenise dog's face dated "Christmas 1935", [V&A1807], discolouration and damp-staining, 70mm. tear; vi) [Peter Rabbit as a postman]. [1935], coloured plate laid-down to card, 151 by 107mm. (folded), inscribed from "Mrs Heelis "Beatrix Potter"" to "Ina Douglas | love and best wishes for 1936.", [V&A1807], some minor browning and spotting; vii) [Rabbits opening their stockings]. [1938], coloured plate laid-down to card, 152 by 115mm. (folded), loosely inserted I.C.A.A. slip, signed by the artist beneath plate "Beatrix Potter" and inscribed from "Wm + Beatrix Heelis" to "Mary and Hetty | with best wishes for Christmas and New Year | Dec 17. 1938", [V&A1810], some browning and spotting; internal line drawing within all folding cards of three rabbits holding a letter together with "From" and "To" all printed in brown (7)
