Martin loosely inserted, from the Prime Minister's office at 10 Downing Street, to Sergeant Trimbey ("...the Prime Minister was so sorry to hear of your illness and asked me to send you the acccompanying book which he has inscribed for you, with his best wishes..."), contemporary photograph of Churchill and staff also loosely inserted, original blue cloth, dust-jacket, jacket slightly worn and nicked
