calligraphic manuscript (160 x 112mm.), prokosch's own copy with his bookplate, "limited to five hand-illustrated copies" (of which this is number 4), with an original drawing drawing by prokosch tipped-in opposite the title (coloured in gold, red, silver, blue and green), initialled "F.P. 1933", original brown and gold marbled wrappers

Also loosely inserted in this copy is an a different version of the illustration in ink, coloured in gold, red, blue, green and silver, initialled "F.P. 1933", and signed below "Color model F. Prokosch". According to the colophon in Prokosch's own hand this manuscript was "Made by me in February 1933 at 349 Fountain Street, New Haven, Connecticut. Frederic Prokosch (Two copies were sent to Yeats)".
