Two copies were received at the Library of Congress on 19 March 1904 to protect the American copyright. This copy is signed by Yeats under the limitation; copies of this book are not usually signed (see Wade), but Yeats was in America until he sailed for England on 9 March 1904, and Quinn would have had the copies by this time.
