height resp. 24,2 cm & 17,8 cm , both restored

one painted by A. Dankelman with a stylised floral pattern (entitled 'Waterside') in shades of purple, green and red on a cream ground, the other painted by J. Suurbach with a pattern of stylized crocuses in shades of blue, green, brown and yellow

Cf. Rozenburg catalogue 2007, p. 25, fig. 12 for a garniture set of the Crocus model with a different pattern, dated 1885, from the collection of H. W. Mesdag. This model was amongst the first designed by Colenbrander for Rozenburg, to be combined with the small 'Turban' covered vases as a garniture set
