Description

  • stamped factory mark, painted date code, painters monogram and order no. 856
  • height 28 cm
circular base with bulbous body and two loop handles, decorated with four birds perched on flowering branches in shades of green, purple, blue, yellow, and brown on a white ground



 

Condition

A chip to the base rim of circa 5 mm. diameter and a few brown discoloured spots to one side of the body underneath the handle, two small hairlines to the inside of one of the handles (largest circa 1,5 cm long), the white ground covered entirely with fine dense crackle, the overall impression of the ground more cream than white.
